Sep-2006 Japan・Investment・Adviser Co., Ltd. was established through a company split from Japan Investment Advisors, Ltd. and began operating lease business for marinetime container that was taken over at the time of the split.
Jan-2007 CAIJ, Inc. (currently Finspire Inc.) through a joint venture with CAI International, Inc. of the U.S., and launched operating lease business for marinetime container by CAIJ utilizing the portfolio held by CAI International, Inc.
Feb-2007 The company transferred operating lease business for marinetime container to CAIJ, Inc.(currently Finspire Inc.).
Started M&A advisory business.
Aug-2011 JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. was established and started operating lease business for aircraft.
Aug-2012 Started recruitment business.
Nov-2013 Started renewable energy business.
Dec-2013 JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. started operating lease business for marinetime container.
Apr-2014 Changed the company name from Japan・Investment・Advisors Co.,Ltd. to Japan Investment Advisors Co., Ltd.
May-2014 JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. producted and sold the first fund for solar photovoltaic power plants.
Aug-2014 Started real estate business.
Sep-2014 Listed on the Mothers Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Aug-2015 Started Private Equity Investment Business.
Sep-2015 Acquired all shares of Nihon Securities Journal Inc. and started media business and IR advisory business.
Oct-2015 JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. started operating lease business for vessels and part out & conversion business.
Jan-2016 Started IPO consulting business.
Mar-2016 Acquired all shares of CAIJ, Inc. (currently Finspire Inc.) from CAI International, Inc. of the U.S. and made it a wholly owned subsidiary. (Company name changed from CAIJ, Inc. to Finspire Inc.)
May-2017 Iter Corporation (an equity-method affiliate) through a joint venture with three IT companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and started collaboration in the FinTech business.
Nov-2017 Finspire Inc. started insurance agency business.
JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. succeeded to the insurance agency business with Finspire Inc. as the absorbed company.
Sep-2019 Started agri & bio business.
Nov-2019 JLPS Ireland Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. began operations as a base for origination activities in Europe.
Oct-2020 Market change to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section (now Prime Market)
Jul-2021 Obtained the "J-Adviser" qualification, and started the business of helping companies get listed in the TOKYO PRO Market.
Sep-2021 Acquired all shares of Sankyo Securities Co., Ltd., changed its name to JIA Securities Co., Ltd., and then launched securities business.
Jan-2022 JIA Trust Co., Ltd. obtained a license as an investment-based trust company and started trust business.
Apr-2022 Transited to the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Jul-2022 JIA Aviation Finance LLC, a joint venture company that conducted aviation finance business, started business, as an equity-method affiliate.
Apr-2023 Started structuring and selling fractional real estate investment.

Dec-2024 Obtained the "F-Adviser" qualification for Fukuoka PRO Market, a stock market for professional investors, which is operated by Fukuoka Stock Exchange.
Launched Japan's first ¥2.1 billion corporate bond with CoC (Change of Control) provisions triggered by shareholder shifts or delisting. (Winner of "Innovative Debt Deal of the Year" at the London Stock Exchange Group's DEALWATCH AWARDS 2024.)
