Our subsidiary, JIA Trust, is the 12th investment-based trust company in Japan.Utilizing the JIA Group's network, we will provide tailor-made trust products to investors.
Our company is engaged in the business of entrusting, managing, and operating assets related to the aircraft operating lease business as trust assets, mainly in cooperation with the group companies: JLPS and JLPS Ireland Limited. In the future, we will expand the scope of our business beyond the aircraft operating lease business.

* What is a trust?

A mechanism to entrust the property to a reliable trustee by deciding the purpose of the trust and the management, operation, and disposal method of the target property. The JIA trust, which is the trustee, bears the duty of due care of a prudent manager and the duty of loyalty stipulated in the Trust Law and the Trust Business Law, and also conducts business in accordance with the instructions of the trustee or beneficiary based on the trust contract.
