OUR BUSINESS

Our corporate group conducts Operating Lease Business as our primary business, in which we create and sell unique financial instruments (JOL: Japanese Operating Lease) to our investors that consist of SME's all over Japan, through a nationwide network of financial institutions, including banks and securities companies, and tax and accounting firms.
In addition to the operating lease business, we provide comprehensive solution services that include tackling challenges such as shortage of human resources and successors in SME's and financing and strategic planning support for sustainable growth.

Operating Lease Business

Our subsidiaries, JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. and JLPS Ireland Limited, which have abundant experience and achievements, are collaborating in the operating lease business, focusing on aircraft as well as ships and shipping containers.
We provide a variety of one-stop services, such as "lease orders," "asset management," "creation of a portfolio of investment products, Japanese Operating Leases (JOL, JOLCO)," "sales to investors," and "disposal management such as aircraft sales".

Renewable Energy Business

We started developing and operating solar power plants in 2014. As of December 2023, we are operating 25 power plants nationwide, with a total power generation output (solar cell base) of 71.3 MW.
We established and sold the first solar power generation business fund in 2014. By the end of December 2023, it sold 23 solar power generation business funds of 13.5 billion yen.

Part out & Conversion Business

We offer services that provide exit strategies for leased aircraft through our part out and conversion businesses to ensure the stable distribution of the returns to our aircraft operating lease investors for the lease duration.

Trust Business

Our subsidiary, JIA Trust, is the 12th investment-based trust company in Japan.
Utilizing the comprehensive capabilities of the JIA Group, we provide tailor-made trust instruments to investors.
JIA Trust is entrusted with, managing, and operating assets related to aircraft operating leases, as well as real estate mainly in urban centers, as trust assets.

Securities Business

Our subsidiary, JIA Securities offers a broad range of financial instruments and services.
We give appropriate advice to each of novice investors and veteran investors who conduct mid/long-term investment, to help them grow their treasured assets.

Business Succession Consulting Business

We provide corporate business succession consulting services, including capital policy formulation and organizational restructuring for small and midsize companies.We take into account each company's business, profitability, asset background, and other factors to create and support the implementation of "tailor-made optimal plans," rather than standardized solutions.　We also proactively provide follow-up services.

M&A Advisory Business

In our M&A advisory business, we provide comprehensive, high-value-added advisory services to our clients, both listed and unlisted companies, including sales, acquisitions, privatizations, and turnarounds, when we believe it is an effective means of implementing their business strategies.

IPO Consulting Business

We provide IPO (Initial Public Offering) consulting services to excellent SME's aiming for IPO.

Recruitment Business

We offer the following recruitment services to excellent small and medium-sized enterprises throughout Japan, ranging from long-established enterprises to start-up firms.

Insurance Agency Business

Our subsidiary, JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. is an agent for 17 domestic life insurance companies and five non-life insurance companies. The company provides insurance proposals as well as comprehensive financial services, including our Japanese operating leases (JOL).

Real Estate Business

We offer solution services matching the needs of corporations and individuals interested in real estate investment. In our Real Estate Fractional Ownership Business, members with extensive knowledge on real estate from the JIA Group, including JIA, JIA Trust and JIA Securities, engage in structuring and operating real estate fractional ownership products.

Private Equity Investment Business

Since August 2015, we have been engaged in a wide range of investments, including venture and buyout investments. To date, seven companies have achieved IPOs. In addition, we manage the solicitation fund, "JIA No. 1 Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership", as a General Partner (GP) by utilizing the discernment and know-how we have cultivated over the years.

Agri & Bio Business

We provide comprehensive consulting services regarding the financial, human resources, and technical aspects from the perspective of companies that intend to sell for reasons such as difficulties related to business succession. We will support the creation of a sustainable management foundation by utilizing the network of SME's nationwide we obtained through the operating lease business and matching business partners such as local banks, Shinkin banks, securities companies, tax and accounting firms.

Media Business

Our subsidiary, Nihon Securities Journal publishes "Nihon Securities Journal" and the website "Nihon Securities Journal Digital." Nihon Securities Journal, which is the only national newspaper specializing in securities and finance, has the longest history in Japan and has existed since before the establishment of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

IR Advisory Business

Our subsidiary, Nihon Securities Journal provides IR advisory services focusing on IR seminars for individual investors that connect listed companies that want to find individual investors and individual investors who want to find good companies.
